On trade orders for despatch and collection there is a minimum order value of £125.00 exc delivery and VAT.*
Prices are exclusive of VAT.
Culinary products and teas are exempt from VAT.

In the UK mainland, delivery is by express carrier charged at a flat rate of £15 Delivery prices exclude VAT.
Hop Bine prices are inclusive of delivery. We are happy to store Dried Hop Bines in our dehumidified storage facility for future events at an additional cost of £3 per box (plus VAT) - please add a note to your order so that we can send an additional payment link.
Deliveries to remote areas, Highlands and Islands are costed individually.
Deliveries must be to a registered address. Redeliveries are charged at cost if incorrect or insufficient delivery address information has been supplied.
Urgent orders for weekday delivery can be upgraded to pre-12 noon or pre-10.30am services at extra cost.
If you wish to collect your order please select 'pick up' at checkout and include a comment in the 'notes' section if there is a specfic date/time that you would like to collect (within our collection hours of Tuesday – Friday, between 10am – 4pm). Please allow 48 business hours before collecting.
